Used in synergies, it will permit on mid-term a dramatic reduction of the primary energy consumption with fossil origin while maintening the confort conditions. The concept that will minimize the global carbon footprint with the energy retrofit, will use the best heating system adapted to the situation and will harvest the solar energy of the building. Tecphy will support you in the integration of renewable as well as the building domotics : heating-cooling, ventilation, natural ventilation with active aperture systems, solar protection and artificial ight. The optimum management of the power flows between the producers, consumers and the storage unit will allow you to secure, with an attractive return on investment, the partial up to the complete yearly self-sufficiency. Priority loads, suh as lightening or cold production can be secured in case of network defect : loads will be fed in this case by the battery, the fuel cell and \/or PV panels.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Energy Management Algorithm<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>With a Building equipped with PV panels, an algorithm\u00a0 drives the power flows in the building micro-grid to target specific objectives such as to maximize self-consumption and therefore reduce purchased daily electricity from the grid. A thermal algorithm of the building permits to optimize the HVAC system as well as the natural ventilation.
